Hope.

Now that I’ve done my second move-in day session, I think that’s why I truly love this concept as much as I do.

It’s hope!

Seeing an empty house on move-in day, the keys fresh in the palms of a couple owning property together for the first time, is so wonderfully special. It’s easy to imagine the birthday cakes that will be frosted on the island in the kitchen. You can envision what it will be like for them to come home after a day of work to see that little blue house on the lane beckoning a welcome. Pillow fort in the living room on blizzard days? Hopefully. And that huge yard out back: I can practically see the dog tails wagging already.

If this empty home is already filled with so many laughs and so much love, it’s safe to bet that that particular well runs deep. It’s absolutely brilliant. And it’s hope for the future.
