Album Info!

Albums: my favorite way to preserve memories! The Minnesota based lab that I source my albums from is tremendous, from archival inks on thiiick pages, to lay-flat spreads, and custom cover options to suit the style of your day. These albums ooze quality and are truly delicious. Also rest assured that nothing goes to print until you’ve approved every page, and you have the option to hand pick every image that’s included.

The Design Process

1. Select your images!

The Heirloom Album can comfortably hold 75-150ish images, while the Coffee Table Album does best with ~50-100.
You have the option to select some or all of the images included.
You can also add additional spreads (up to 40 total) for $45.

2. Select the cover!

Options abound!

I’d start with picking the look of the cover—having a large or small photo included, having no photo, having embossed text—as that will dictate the material option available. For example, linen can’t be embossed with text so if that’s important to you, go for fabric, silk, or leather!

I’m always happy to suggest what I think would be best, and provide a few mock ups if you’re between options. Another good place to start is narrowing in which colors match your wedding details to make it a cohesive piece.

Example cover combos:

Material + Color Options:

Cover option 1: Fabric

This allows for 1-3 lines of embossed text in silver, gold, or rose gold foil.
It also allows for a large or small photo to be included on the front.

Cover option 2: Silk

This allows for 1-3 lines of silver, gold, or rose gold foil embossing.
No photos can be added to this cover.

Premium Cover Materials (+$60)

Cover option 3: Premium linen

If you go the linen route, it will be minimal cover with no text or image included.

Cover option 4: Premium leather

This option has the ability to add text, although it will be black or white instead of metallic.
A small or large photo can be added with a leather cover.
Leather is the most durable and easiest to clean fingerprints from; it’s what I use for my own albums.

Final Stages of the Album Process:

1. Proofing!

Before anything is sent to print, you'll have the opportunity to see the digital files of every spread.
If you want me to change something up, no problem!
Need to see some cover samples before you commit? Swing by St. Paul; I have a swatch kit!

2. Payment!

I’ll send a digital invoice your way before I send your album to print, with an e-check being my preferred payment method. You also have the option of paying via credit card or paper check.

3. Ordering!

4. Delivery!

Shipping is already included in the album rate.

5. More exclamation points for your new family heirloom!
