Whether you’re after a formal look or a casual sleeves-rolled-up vibe, I’ve got you covered. My goal with every headshot session is to make you and your brand feel modern and approachable with clean, fresh imagery.

Session Planning and Timelines
Let’s start by talking locations! If you have any specific sites in mind, I’d love to hear them. If you’re not sure where would be best for the vibe you’re after, I’m happy to toss around ideas with you. If shooting indoors—most clients utilize their office + grounds—a space with natural light options is ideal but not a deal breaker. If shooting outdoors, urban areas tend to work better unless your business pursuits don’t thematically fit in that environment. Travel within the Twin Cities metro is already included; distances further afield may incur a travel fee.
Following the session within a 3 week window, you will receive a link to your proofing gallery where you will be able to select your favorite images for editing + retouching. Retouching includes the modification of distracting background elements at my discretion, and softening of facial blemishes and under-eye shadows. As a general guideline, if it wasn’t there a week ago then it’s eligible for softening and/or removal. (Or altogether skipped, if that’s your preference.) Permanent features like scars, skin texture, and body shape are only modified upon specific request. Extensive requests may be subject to a digital art fee, quoted on an individual basis. If more than 1 headshot per person is chosen for editing, each additional retouched image is +$50.
Once fully edited and retouched, your final chosen images are delivered via a digital downloading platform in high resolution. From there, usage rights are indefinitely yours! Images that aren’t chosen from the proofing gallery for retouching, will be available for downloading in low resolution format, as seen in your gallery.
