My goal with every headshot session is to make you and your brand feel modern and approachable with clean, fresh imagery

Let’s talk location! If you have any specific sites in mind, I’d love to hear them. If you’re not sure where would be best for the vibe you’re after, I’m happy to toss around ideas with you. If shooting indoors—most clients utilize their office + grounds—a space with natural light options is ideal but not a deal breaker. If shooting outdoors, urban areas tend to work better unless your business pursuits don’t thematically fit in that environment. Travel within the Twin Cities metro is already included; distances further afield may incur a travel fee.

Shooting times for these sessions will vary and are not capped. A quick guide to know how much time to allot for our shoot—
Photographer set-up outdoors: 5 minutes
Photographer set-up indoors: 15 minutes
Per headshot, per location: 5 minutes
Per group, per location: 15 minutes
Per stock image: 5 minutes

Following the session, you will receive a link to your proofing gallery where you will be able to select your favorite images for editing + retouching. Retouching includes softening of facial blemishes and under-eye shadows. As a general guideline, if it wasn’t there a week ago then it’s eligible for softening and/or removal. (Or altogether skipped, if that’s your preference!) Permanent features like scars, skin texture, and body shape are celebrated, and only modified per specific request. Once fully edited, your final images are delivered via a digital downloading platform in high resolution. From there, usage rights for your chosen edits are indefinitely yours.

Think you’ll want to purchase extras from your set? For example, one serious shot and one smiling from the same look? After your first edit per person is chosen, any additional are 50% off.

Hooray! Once we settle on a date + time, the displayed rate is locked in, as prices are subject to change. Are there general days + times of the week that suit you best?
