Guys, I have something exciting to share!!

1—This session, duh. I had so much fun photographing Brandi’s maternity session at Lebanon Hills Regional Park in Eagan. Isn’t she gorgeous!?

2—Location guides are now available for all of my clients!! This last year, I’ve worked on compiling a list of all of my favorites around the Twin Cities metro. There are photo examples, blogs linked, info about permits and parking, and suggestions on times of day and who each spot is best suited for. I’ve been testing it out the last several months, and it’s been a game changer for everyone. Clients get to see a wide range of spots to get the wheels turning. I get to share my knowledge of the locations that I know work well. The session planning process becomes more collaborative and I get to see all the pieces come together. It’s been fun!

And this spot that Brandi chose for her session—it’s one of my favorite go-to spots on the list! It’s big, diverse, the light is delicious, and I’ve been happily shooting at this park for more than a decade. Her styling was spot on, and we embraced the more wild nature of the park to fit the vibe. This is now one of my favorite maternity sessions ever—beautiful, fun, and meaningful.
