Lauren + Sawyer >> Modern, Minimal Wedding at the Overture Center (Madison, Wisconsin)

She invited me in right away.
That was my favorite thing about Lauren's initial inquiry.
She told me about her relationship with Sawyer, giving me the rundown on the romantic timeline; enticed me with words like "forest green tuxedo" and "succulents" which I still remember very clearly; and sent me an Instagram link to my new favorite dog and my new favorite profile. (You knew Bruce had to get at least one shout out during this blog, didn't you? ;) ) I was two sentences in before I felt the buzz. The I think we could make really great things together kind of feeling, when the inspiration is already running at a cool jog.
And guess what?
(Easy, you'll get this one.)
We did create really great things together.
Or maybe I should say, they did.
They just invited me along for the ride; tuxedos, succulents, and four legged ring bearers included.

Congrats, L + S!
This day was such a dream and I am thankful to have been a part of it. Pretty details aside, the love you two hold for one another was enough inspiration to fuel this entire day, top to bottom. Keep doing your thing, lovebirds; it's a pretty magical thing, I reckon, ten years and counting.
