This wedding: it's all about the smiles.
They blossom, they linger, they combust into a gale of laughter.
They're gracious, they're content, and all are exceedingly full to the brim.
It's the grin of one swept-up, in-love groom, awaiting the first look with his bride. He can hear, but he can't yet see. He doesn't know what to do with his hands, as a sweetly shy, nervous grin belies his butterflies.
It's on the face of a newly pronounced daughter, expression exuberant, meeting her parent's gaze as they look upon this new union with approval and adoration.
And it's there, on every face under that tent, cozy beneath a canopy of stars, throughout an impressive roll of speeches. Smirks for the embarrassing anecdotes. Exchanges of laughter for childhood stories. Smiles beneath tears of sentiment. &Smiles beneath tears of hilarity.
They're all present, and then some.
&Certainly that itself is something to smile about too.
