You remember the preview I posted of Kiana and Chase on the boat.
And you've been wondering when I'd get to blogging this incredible evening out on the Wisconsin lakes.

I'm always amazed when I arrive with my black rolley bag on a wedding day.
Without fail, I'm taken aback by the ability of my brides and grooms to bring to life a vision they've been nurturing for months—years even. 

I hope you're not sick of Rachel and Dalton yet.
(I know, how could you be?)

Two and half weeks. Forty-nine hours in the car. Sixteen hundred miles. Thousands of photos, & me and my dashing gent.

I'm happy about a lot of things as I post this afternoon.

In high school, people used to say that Theresa and I looked alike.
While it's been over a decade since the "gimme an h, what does that spell" days, I could only hope for the same compliment when I'm pregnant.

You've been looking forward to these photos for weeks.
I'd been looking forward to this wedding for several long months + one even longer year.
(I know you feel me, R+D.)
And over the course of that time, I'd been turning around some very important questions in my brain since Rachel and Dalton booked me for their destination wedding to New Orleans.

Because I promised the bride I'd post the first look next.
But it can't be distilled down to one image.
Enter: the pretty snippet edition of Dalton and Rachel's glorious weddin' day this last weekend.
